I was in the mood for sushi so I hopped in ubereats to see what kind of deals they had. I always cross reference the deal with Yelp. The reviews were pretty good so I pulled the trigger. I ordered the 'U & Me' and the 'Tiger' roll. The U & Me roll was fresh and nice presentation, but lacked flavor. A nice sauce would have been a good compliment. But that Tiger roll, woooo! That was amazing! It was a part of the B1G1 deal so I got two of those amazing roles! I also had the spicy garlic edamame. It was flavorful but lacked salt, I added some kosher salt and it was perfect after that. Overall it was a good meal and I would definitely eat here again.
We love going there the staff is so nice and they explain all the different rolls they keep are drinks full it is close to are home so we don't have to go far

Food was good and service was also. We caught them on a good day. Loved the Texas roll and the Tootsie roll. I can appreciate catchy names for these rolls.
We absolutely love this restaurant and get our fill of sushi and other items with the AYCE. We order half sushi orders at times just so we can try different and more sushi rolls. You can also order items individually off the menu but for the reasonable price a little over $32 for dinner and $28 for lunch we always opt for AYCE. They also have a special price for smaller children of a little over $12. All the sushi we order here is delicious. And some of the best menu items we ordered was the shrimp tempura, goyzas, fried rice and the steak and chicken yakitori. The menu selection is good, and service friendly and attentive. Also, the flavored sake is delicious and reasonably priced at $10. The lychee sake we order was great.
Food and everything were great. Nigiri was really fresh and service was great. Everyone here was also very nice. Great spot!
Our go to spot for everything sushi..friendly staff ,nice atmosphere and great tasting sushi..we come here regularly and have tried it all.
Hi, many restaurants are short staffed as well as other businesses, it is difficult to hire good people.
I've never been disappointed with the food. As for the service, I am patient and understand that any restaurant that is short staffed, may have you waiting more then you are accustomed to. 88 never rushes you to leave.
The offset that my wife enjoy taking our time and the staff never stares at you silently urging you leave. I was at Namba and I waited 1.5 hours for an hour. The sushi chefs stared at me, but I wanted my monies worth. Several my part never got their order or the order was wrong. As an example, I got 6 pieces of salmon nigiri instead of the 1 order (2 pieces).
Getting back to 88, good quality and the staff is very friendly.
